Late variety with smooth and firm root. The flesh is dark red and excellent. Regular gauge allows for slicing. The growth is semi-external. All parts of the plant are edible. It is a variety easy to harvest and of good conservation, it is very tasty cooked or raw. Easy to peel when cooking.
